And it&#039;s a question, and an argument that can never be won or lost, or answered. Because it is pure supposition and speculation.</p><p><br /></p><p>I&#039;ll tell you this. I do not believe for one minute that there are thousands, or even hundreds, or even tens for that matter, of US coins or world coins sitting out there raw in grades like MS68 or MS69. Especially not with older coins.</p><p><br /></p><p>People have made that claim about US coins for as long as coin grading has been with us. But in all those years, very, very few have ever showed up. That speaks volumes to me. It tells me that the reason they have never showed up is because they don&#039;t exist.
