If that large streak on the Lincoln is lamination it won’t straight grade unless submitted under the Error service level. And of course, that’s only if they find no other problems such as cleaning or other damage.
Probably get a details grade for cleaning. Has the telltale look with discolored fields and dirt around the devices. Not worth submitting but would look very nice in a Dansco.
Appears to be a stain line across the obverse. Might try an acetone soak for a day or two and see what it does to the discoloration. If it's just dirt, it may remove it.
ANACS sent me a bummy looking holder, I sent it back and they had me send two coins to be graded for free. The other two were perfect but they didn’t reholder the original lol. So I’m thinking it’ll be the same deal this time around, as far as the grading cost goes. I have an ‘11, ‘13 and ‘15 (All S) that I’m going to look at closer to pick one. I don’t think ANACS would do free grading and attribution (my original submission didn’t have it), and I want most of my Morgans with VAM or error designation. Hence the wheats lol
It’s not unfortunately. I thought it could be tape or strap toning but figured it wasn’t before trying to clean with acetone If only the albums didn’t cost as much as a decent semi key date!
