1914-D Lincoln Cent, Opinions before I post a link!

Many above have stated their opinions on this coin and I shall give mine. The first and very evident sense of counterfeiting is the coin is way too perfect and pronounced. During the early teens and twenties, the US Mint did a fine job of minting yet, it was never this great. If you see the rims and the depth of the coin features, this is clearly a fake and not very good either. Please give input.
