Why are you starting a new thread for this? The one you started yesterday is still active. I don't think you'll get different results by asking again about the same coin.
The mint mark looks to be wrong and in the same place as in the other thread. See the mm template provided there and apply it to this coin. Downloaded from there and provided here.

Letgo, Offerup, Etsy and the like are the very last places you should look for a key-date coin. Every rare coin, almost every coin, is available for purchase as a cheap fake online. There are lots and lots of people who buy these fakes, then offer them as "found in Granny's closet" and the like. That's how you've gotten two copies of the same fake.
