Is this machine doubling or DDR? On this 1913 it looks exactly like the example coin on PCGS. The error is about level with the face.
The image is a little difficult to say, but it tends to appear to be MD. But if it was real doubled die, I would expect to see the effects also back from the edge, where MD is more common. Check the eye and the nostrils away from the edge. I know it is hard to image through a magnifier
