Looks good to me. Conder can't help :( since he's color blind, it was years afterwards that he realized there were brown and green labels. So he isn't able to differentiate when green became brown... The chronology in the book is messed up with a couple typos (1987 s/b 1997, etc.), best reference is the 2008 post on the NGC board, http://boards.collectors-society.com/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2248404 NGC 4 with no-line fatty (no key on the insert) slab and a full sized hologram was used from August of 1989 when the counterfeit scare caused an increase in security measures for both NGC and PCGS (holograms and bar codes). When it ended isn't known. In Conder's post the color photo IS green. NGC5 - this one - added the first bar code. Still the no-line fatty slab and full width hologram. Conder's guess for these is 1992 to 1995 and in the color photo he shows a brown label. NGC6 - a transitional variety (and in the photo with a brown label) started in 1996. This is the first with the divided or keyed insert. So I'd have to guess the beginning of NGC5 (still green label) or around 1992.
