There was a bit of confusion on the part of the auctioneer this week, so it should have sold at auction but ended up back home with me. I'd like to take reasonable offers on this nice piece of circulated (and certified) US gold. 1955 Proof Franklin Half Dollar This coin has light cameo contrasts on both sides that show better in the images than in hand (so your expectations are adjusted accordingly.) Have not done anything approaching conservation (just took it out of the Air-Tite to image it) so perhaps a quick dip would clear up the slightly cloudy fields. Includes a ring-type AirTite holder.
