Just got this in the mail today. The holder reminds me of the other one I bought recently. Accugrade has always had a weird way of grading. It does not appear cleaned to me. Enjoy!

Looks like a MS63 to me, reverse seems to be better.
    Nice piece and cool holder.

    They weren't very accurate "accugrade"rs

physics-fan3.14 You got any more of them.... prooflikes?

I like the idea of strike and luster being included in the grade opinion. Accugrade, unfortunately, wasn't the most consistent (or accurate).

Pretty coin besides being an interesting holder.

c does NOT mean cleaned - it means commercial. Read the back, it explains the grading scheme.

You going to crack it out for either PCGS or NGC or just leave it as it is? Nice coin.

Nice coin from looking at the photos depending on how much you paid ? it might worth cracking it then send it to PCGS.

if you look at the back A3 is full strike dull/cleaned.

Probably 62/63 due to chatter, or on a tough day 58 IMHO.

The "3" in "A3" apparently means dull or cleaned.

I will probably leave it as is. I would need it to grade at least 61-62 to get my money back out, after paying the additional grading fees, etc.

    Ah, missed that.

Earlier this year I put together an ACG 'grade' set from eBay an A1 A2 and A3 (MS 64 IIRC) side=by-side you can actually see the differences.

I still prefer the multi-dimensional grading (wear, strike, etc.) vs. the + and * scheme. I mean, really, MS-65+*CAC?
