The rim above "WE TRUST" doesn't look square to me. It's still a nice looking coin.

The obv is not square enough, I am sure you are hoping for a proof.

    I vote nay

Nice coin but I'm not seeing a matte proof.
The detail is not there. Look at the beard and the eye.

I'd close, but no cigar. The rims are not there for a Matte Proof. Here is 1909 Lincoln in Matte Proof.

Here are some reverse diagnostics to look for.

Two die scratches inside the C of CENT - one diagonal in the center and one vertical on the inside left.
    [IMG] [IMG]

A long die scratch from the M in UNUM towards the E in ONE
    [IMG]

Parallel die scratches inside the U of UNUM also between the N and U

A die scratch from the S in PLURIBUS traveling under the U.

Both loops of the S in PLURIBUS are filled with extra metal.

Die scratches between the I and B of PLURIBUS

    Not many Obverse diagnostics.

Check for die scratches or gouges around the WE area.

Keep in mind that the diagnostics have to match exactly, not just close or similar.
