    Last option but glad to hear you're not afraid to use it. They not only lose a customer, they lose future sales. Not to mention that you'll have no problem letting others know how you were treated.

    OK! All's well that ends well. Sent an email this morning and already got a reply. They gave me a refund of my suggested amount and I'm totally satisfied!! Will buy from them again sometime.
