1909 VDB, Toned, Peeling lamination

1909 VDB, has some nice tone on obv and rev (tried to capture the colors, mostly magenta on the rev) and small lamination on Lincoln's Right Shoulder

Thoughts on grade?

I'd guess AU with details.

The hair and cheek look like a substance was applied to the surface of those spots.

 

The surface doesn't really look right at all. Looks like it's maybe been cleaned? I agree with the AU with details.

 

Is that an accurate color? QC.
