You need to file a complaint with paypal for 2 reasons, assuming that is how you paid.</p><p><br /></p><p>1. Nowhere on that page does he mention it is a stock photo, that is a violation of ebay&#039;s rules, he did mention in his sellers instructions, however I think he needs to list it in the description.</p><p>2.
