You can speed the process for yourself. Email your photos to Ken Potter for example. I'm sending them to some others. It's a very curious coin.
Good morning, have you heard anything back? I have not heard from Ken Potter. I assume I sent to his correct email.
I'd love to go to some good shows ... I talked briefly to Mr Potter. Resent pics, maybe I'll hear some feed back from him by end of week or so
Good Morning! I hope all is well and your travels were safe. I just wanted to check in and see if you have heard from your inquiries. I have not received any feed back or acknowledgment from Mr Potter at this point.

I would counsel patience. Ken, in particular, is a very committed and responsive person on the subject of coin errors, and if he hasn't responded it's undoubtedly because he's also a very_busy person. In the mean time, it doesn't hurt for this thread to be back at the top of the list.
In the mean time. Have you checked ebay. While MD isn't the true hub doubling we all know and collect, accurately described machine doubled coins especially with a "spread" like yours do sell at a premium. Collectors are beginning to like extreem examples in their collections. I would think a 1909p lincoln with extreem md like yours would pull in a few bucks if accurately described as MD
Still waiting also. Something for you to check as you have the coin. MD shifts the metal as on your coin. In my experience, it is never this pronounced AND does not obliterate letters. Look at the "E" in "Pluribus" it is gone except for some stubs. Look for an area where the relief is completely smashed into the surface leaving just an outline of where it once was. That will nail this before we receive replies.
Yes, with the correct angle many letters on reverse do look all but rubbed away. Just small remnents left. I'll try and make some more pictures.
Very true, I'm sure he has tons of inquiries. I agree being on the top of thread can only lead to more thought and input
I have not... But not sure if I'm ready to go there just yet... I enjoy having the coins. Haven't found myself wanting to sell any as yet.
here are a few more pics that may help in the overall view, especially the reverse and the smashing or missing of relief of the lettering
