Uncleaned in VF retail $15. At least $10. If it has been cleaned, $5.
I've got 3 of them. This is probably the best condition. Thanks, I guess I'll keep them.
So it's like if you are selling, (to a dealer) then it's $10. If you are buying it's $15.
That coin doesn't look cleaned to me. It's a good coin.
I only own 1. Not a VDB. I'm happy. Hope your happy too
@dogstar99. Did you see the one shrews got for her anniversary. @Shrews1994
It's been in a book in a box for almost 60 years. Not cleaned.
Thanks for looking.
Here's one I own .
I’ll tell you this. You are fortunate. Most of those old cents that have spent decades in those old coin folders are black as far on the back where they are in contact with the book. Those old catalogs are notorious for toning our coins. And usually in a very ugly way too.
Nice natural coin
I'm not saying you cleaned it. And even if it's been uncleaned for 60 years, it is 110 years old and people routinely cleaned their coins back then. You don't know if
someone cleaned it the 50 years prior. But if it was a light cleaning (not harshly cleaned) it would have retoned by now and be acceptable.
Nice find Dog!!
