    Where can you get a 1909-s vdb for 600 dollars? And in what condition would that be in? Unreadable?

    Ebay likes to cover the bad ones...and still get thecommisions. Have your cake and eat it too sort of. Cancel bad listings and still get commision.

    The seller emailed me, wer'e doing the cancel transaction thingy, so he won't get stuck with commision. He also noted that thats the 2nd time that coin has been cancelled, last time, it did not make the end of auction time before it was yanked.
    Alls well that ends well, at least some kid did not lose his $200 to stupidity or ignorance.

    Current Trends (Coin World Coin Values, December, 2007) is
    $850 in G-4
    $1000 in VG-8
    $1100 in F-12.

    That is the biggest problem with the Red Book, even tho I am a firm advocate of the book, is that in the current active coin market it cannot keep up with the changing values.
