A little hard to tell, but it looks to be in fine condition. Around $100- $125...

nice, i have been looking for a good priced 1909-s. i need it to complement my 1909 vdb and 1909-s-vdb. i guess i also need a normal 1909 as well...

 

Reed, it appears there are some spots of greenish on the reverse. I would rinse with acetone myself in case it is PVC from past. If it remains, at least the acetone will help stabilize it. And also if it remains and is verdigris, you might search out some threads on Bad Thads Verdigone, as this appear a good case for conservation, IMO. Disclosure, I am a great fan of Verdigone.

Let me jump in here. What would a PCGS graded 1909s in MS-64 be worth? I just got one and it looks like the best coin I have ever bought.

 

Somewhere between $300 (brown) and $900 (full red).

 

looks closer to a mid level VF IMO

 

looks to be a VF in my opinion
