I have&#039;nt seen that designation on NGC or PCGS slabs, do they exist on those slabs? I&#039;m curious because it seems to severely affect the ending price of the coin. In reality though, it is still a 1909-s vdb, right? Is it just die wear that causes the vdb to be weak? Wouldn&#039;t it cross into an NGC or PCGS slab as a 09-s vdb? If this is true, it would seem strange to me for the seller to keep it in an ANACS slab with a &quot;weak vdb&quot;, if it would not have that designation in a higher tier NGC or PCGS slab. I&#039;m making a lot of assumptions here, but hopefully someone can fill me in with the facts.
