I have'nt seen that designation on NGC or PCGS slabs, do they exist on those slabs? I'm curious because it seems to severely affect the ending price of the coin. In reality though, it is still a 1909-s vdb, right? Is it just die wear that causes the vdb to be weak? Wouldn't it cross into an NGC or PCGS slab as a 09-s vdb? If this is true, it would seem strange to me for the seller to keep it in an ANACS slab with a "weak vdb", if it would not have that designation in a higher tier NGC or PCGS slab. I'm making a lot of assumptions here, but hopefully someone can fill me in with the facts. What really is the point of calling it a "weak vdb"?

thanks.[/QUOTE]
