1909 condition and back detail, Is this 1909 still in good condition?

    It's a details coin because of the scratch.
    Probably F15-Vf20.

    Agreed… Details coin with the scratch. I always gauged wheats the way my Redbook taught me a half century ago…. If you can see the lines in the top of the wheatstalks, your cent is a fine or better. These days though that’s a pretty antiquated method. But to me anyway, a fine meant a keeper….. And bear in mind that tough for a coin from that era. Our cash worked mighty hard back in those days.
