1908-S Indian Head Cent prices

I'm not so sure my wife wouldn't spend them. :-O So I have a few back-up plans who will 'intervene'.

She does...but she has her other priorities. But my brother, whom I started collecting with, knows the value of things. And so do my kids. The intervention will occur...but it won't matter to me much then.

Looks to be an honest looking coin minus the corrosion/verdigris on the reverse which would bother me. I would pass.

 

Yes, that is why I posted it because the stuff on the reverse bothered me along with the hit. I went with a graded coin for $105. It was only F12. The guide price on the new Redbook is $135 and NGC is $140.

 

These are the three coins many people need to complete their set all due to cost. Good luck.

 

I got the 1908-S today checked it out and it was ok. I left good feedback and I went back to the seller's store and it said the store is no longer active. That was strange. I am not worried about the coin since it was graded by NGC.
