100% NOT ORIGINAL. Coin is polished (rounded, shiny relief); AU-55 to 58 not that it matters; and the color will fool most as it is pleasing.
Appears to me to have an oily sheen. (Could be the light.) But it suggests that someone did something, and this is not the way the coin would appear naturally.
I think @Rick Stachowski may be correct. The lacquer is reflecting the light and there is a raised "build-up" between the "ON" in "one" and inside the lower part of the other "N."
BTW, BlueRibbon/Coin Care is oil. All hydrocarbon (C and H) solvents. Protects by coating and keeping air away, AFAIK.
And that's what gives the coins that shiny, glossy look. It's quite commonly seen on copper. For if used correctly - and in this case it wasn't - it imitates the look of chocolate brown MS copper. It has been used to fool many a collector, and even the TPGs.
