1908 china peiyang coin 34th year. Help meeee please.

I just bought a 1908 peiyang coin, the weight is 26.74g and 39mm in diameter. The question is i know there are many fakes, but can anyone tell me by looking at the details is this a fake or real.

See if it sticks to a magnet. That's my first thought.

Do you think that the luster is appropriate for the age of the coin? Is it clean artificially? How much did you pay for it?
