That doesn't look like a proof, and given that there are two known to exist, please show the entire holder. Edit: I see what might be "PCGS" on the corner... again, can you display the entire slab. I'm really curious since the area under the dot looks lumpy, so I'm wondering if PCGS slabbed it as "Genuine: Unc Details - Altered" or something.

I'm with NorthKorea on this one, both do not have proof or even proof like fields, what were they graded at? I'm thinking the S mintmark was removed.

I think it's quite fair to go with occam's razor here - simplest explanation (not a proof) is often the correct one (it's not a proof)
Yep as they say only 1-1 proofs. Way too much die wear. And luster to be a proof. There is evidence of die flow all over that coin.
