I took a $30 gamble on an eBay auction with bad pictures. This is what I got. Thoughts? I am at AU-58 with a light wiping on the obverse.

Yes, but the highlight of the lot was the quarter.

Looks like you did well. But I'm not so sure about AU on the obverse, although I could go AU on the reverse.

Great Buy, I think 58 may be a little optimistic but looks like a lot of the luster is there.

I'd go 58 also, though you may want to give a acetone bath and try to get the foreign matter of the reverse above the R in quarter

I'm in at 55 , if the obverse was as nice as the reverse an easy 58 or even one of those Market graded 62s .

I was at 55. Too bad about the wipe but the price can't be beat. A lot of coin for the money

Heck, /he quarter alone would go for well over $30!!!!!! Beautiful coin!!! The half and Indian cent are almost like "freebees" Lovley toning too on the quarter

I would've stayed far away with pictures like that, expecting a very dull coin that had been subject to a bad dip job at the very least or maybe even some whizzing.

Your pictures are great, and I think your gamble payed off! Put me in the AU55 camp.

I'd go with 55 as well. That's an incredible score for $30!

Bill Fivaz said AU-55. A collector who collects Barber quarters said MS-61/62.
