It states that they were minted in the San Francisco Mint, for use in the Philippines, a US territory at the time. They are .800 silver, weighs 20 grams and has a 1.37 inch diameter. I have looked in the Red Book and can't find them. They say that they are scarce. Does anyone know about these coins? They also say they date 1907 thru 1912 and are the only "Silver dollar created during TR's presidency."  It states it is a "US TERRITORIAL SILVER DOLLAR". Lady Liberty is featured on the front and the back depicts and eagle standing proudly atop a U.S. shield. Also on the back it states, "United States of America". The picture is not the best. Since I have never heard of these can someone tell me if they actually were minted in the SF mint and if they are worth anything?
