My guess is that it was slabbed without a grade. . . Damaged (scratch marks).

 

Based on the way you worded what you said i would say they gave it AU 55

I said ms-62, but I've graded a lot of coins with pcgs, some gold ones too, now I'd say ms-63 at best

I guessed a 61 before I saw it. I guess PCGS is wrong again. Bunch of young no name coin nerds in the backroom grading, right?

 

Pcgs can be very picky!! But if this was sent with a full roll a number grade may have been given .
