    Seems to be on the right planchet type,
    but a defective/rolled thin copper planchet.

    Can you show the holder?

    Looks like it was bent and then straightened out again.

    Looks like broadstruck and then suffered post strike damage. Unless the weight is wrong the planchet looks right.

    Looks like copper to me but the planchet looks as if it suffered damage before striking occurred. Nice coin.
