1903 Mini Italian Gold Coin

I have a small coin that looks just like the VITTORIO EMANUELE III coin.
Head of King facing left, below the neck the name of the engraver
Lettering:
VITTORIO EMANUELE III
SPERANZA
Engraver: Filippo Speranza
Araldic eagle with the Savoia shield on its chest. Above the head there is the crown of Italy.
Below the eagle's tail is the mintmark between stars, with the value on its left and the date on its right

Mine looks identical this just a lot smaller. I would some information if anybody has on this coin please and thank you
