    Finally found this coin/pendant I had put away quite a while ago. 1901 Tsar Nicholas II 5 Roubles.
    Is this an AP or 03?

    Beautiful! I'd imagine AU55 -- assuming coin isn't damaged/welded into the jewelry.

    Edit -- ФЗ or АР (initials of engraver, if I'm not mistaken) would be on the edge. No way to tell unless you remove coin from holder.

    There appears to be a thin layer of lacquer? on the coin because I see odd discoloration below the neck.
