1901 Netherlands 25 cents "wide truncation" variety.

    Recent purchase, finally arrived. Extremely appealing coin in hand with strong cartwheel luster. I don't see any wear or breaks in luster on the higher points either (see pic 3). I can never get good close up pics with my iphone that are not grainy when viewed full size.

    Quick tip on identifying this much scarcer variety: The letter A in relation to the nose. On the later, "normal" truncation the A falls below the nose. On this variety the A is just above the nose.
