1901 Indian Head Error coin What do you think?

    I'm new to this website and I seen your post about a 1901 IH, and I was wondering if any one had ever seen a 1901 IH with ribbed edges I have pics attached, and could anyone tell me what the heck is going on with this? This thing looks like a dime around the edges, and as you can see the marks are all uniformed like it was done on a machine.
