    Here's one I couldn't resist for 100$ any ideas what she will grade pcgs. I'm thinking getting the three dirt spots off with qtip and ms70

    Very nice Vicky 1900 last year type. Bu to MS 64 easy even at Pcgs .. I would not dip it distilled water should remove the spots use gloves to. One fingerprint and Genuine Unc
