I know someone who recently inherited the attached picture coin. He only sent one side but assuming the other side is of the same quality. Clearly there is green tarnish, but also not sure how the below got MS61. Any suggestions on grade and overall value? I think that green tarnish might be PVC residue on the coin. He needs to find it a new PVC free flip asap. with some research he can probably find a way to remove the green goo.
