    I know someone who recently inherited the attached picture coin. He only sent one side but assuming the other side is of the same quality.

    Clearly there is green tarnish, but also not sure how the below got MS61.

    Any suggestions on grade and overall value? I don't see a lot of these circulating around and no idea when the $120 price was paid from the screenshot but I'd estimate in the 70s or earlier if I had to guess.

    I think that green tarnish might be PVC residue on the coin. He needs to find it a new PVC free flip asap.

    with some research he can probably find a way to remove the green goo.
