I've had this one for a while now, but I thought I would submit it to NGC with my most recent submissions, mostly for the confirmation of the O/O variety. They concurred on my variety and it came back actually a few points higher than I thought it would, which is nice. It came back as an AU55. Now, the BCCS rates the 1899 O by itself as an R4 in XF and AU and in Flynn's work he says that the O/O is a well known and fairly common. However, I don't know exactly how common it is, but PCGS only lists 6, and NGC now has 3, including this one.
nice variety, and fairly scarce, in spite of the reference's comments about being common, not an accurate assessment, IMO
