Looking at the NGC census, there are around 260 PL coins designated for the series. Unfortunately, like most PL gold, most of these are in the 58-62 range. Unlike the half eagle I posted a couple of months ago, however, the $2.50 is more widely available in very high grade PL.</p><p><br /></p><p>So, here&#039;s my newest Newp.
