1899 and 1923 Series Silver Certificates

It is signed by John Burke and Houston B. Teehee This dates the bill between March 1915 and Nov 1919. This was the dollar in use on my mother’s birthday and through World War I. Elliot , Register of the Treasury. This dates the bill between May of 1921 and January 1922. This bill is Friedberg Catalog #235. This bill is in the worst condition of the lot. There is edge fraying and pinholes near the upper left corner.
