1898 Indian Head Proof?

There isn't a before and after - it's just a matter of lighting. Without my coin photo setup, you can't tell that those cleaning lines are there. Here are pictures I just took.

It's amazing, but not surprising, what different lighting can do to make a damaged (cleaned) coin look so good. Sadly, more than a few sellers on eBay use this trick to sell coins.
