Can someone please tell me the mintages for the British 1890 double florin? as well as the British 1887 jubilee sixpence, 1887 jubilee shilling and 1887 jubilee half-crown? Thank you.

I'm sorry. I just don't have $50 to spend on a book at the present time.

You don't need to spend $50 - you can find plenty of used copies for sale, often for $10 or less.

I found some for $29.95 on amazon, I'll check out a local used book shop this week.

You will find that this catalog will pay for itself many times over in the knowledge it gives you. Just leafing though it is very rewarding, even for coins from countries for which you don´t have a specific interest. I´ve brought the thing in my carry on baggage for long flights.

I have found that with my 1901-2004 copy. When I know I'm going to be waiting for a while somewhere, I'll throw it in my bag. I could look through it for hours.
I have an uncle who works at a used book shop, I'll have him put out an APB on the 1801-1900 copy.

Finding just about any book is pretty easy if you know where and how to look. In the Numismatic Resources section of CT you will find this - BOOKS - it is a compilation of links that allow you to search for books. And not just at Amazon, but a complete world-wide search from thousands and thousands of book sellers. Give it a try ;)

It's 1817. Nothing apart from tokens in 1807.

That's because mintage records were only kept sporadically prior to 1787. A random guess would be about 500,000 give or take a few.
