Yes it is an Austria 2 Heller i agree, a little advice any coins with the eagle type pattern on the back usually are german, austria or prussia so basically if you find anymore like this you already have it pretty narrowed down.

Right, but I guess it is somewhat difficult, for people who are not familiar with these pieces, to "see" the eagle in the first image. It's upside down.

Not really. With coins, a lot depends on the condition - a worn piece is worth less than a well preserved coin. But in the case of this type and year (see here), even 1 dollar would be much in terms of value ...
