    I am learning more about grading from looks . This thread has helped me to become better in judging the coins .I am more inclined towards slabbed dollars when I am paying more than 50 bucks.

    I agree. As I stated before, it's been badly cleaned.
    I also can't believe he got over $100 for one of the most common NO Morgans there is. Do people not even look around, or do they just bid up the very first one they see?!

    Be thankful, I bought a 1921 peace dollar from him claiming it was BU, was XF at best and cleaned. I paid about $215 for it I think, it was about a year ago. About the only thing I like about him is that he puts that ck stamp on all the pics, which makes him easy to weed out.
