I am learning more about grading from looks . This thread has helped me to become better in judging the coins .I am more inclined towards slabbed dollars when I am paying more than 50 bucks.
I agree. As I stated before, it's been badly cleaned. I also can't believe he got over $100 for one of the most common NO Morgans there is. Do people not even look around, or do they just bid up the very first one they see?! Guy~
Be thankful, I bought a 1921 peace dollar from him claiming it was BU, was XF at best and cleaned. I paid about $215 for it I think, it was about a year ago. About the only thing I like about him is that he puts that ck stamp on all the pics, which makes him easy to weed out. Be Thankful, John
