IMO, I think you cost yourself about $400 (if not more) by cleaning it. The 'after cleaning' pictures are better photos, but it went from a borderline market-acceptable cleaning, to a harshly cleaned, which is not considered in most cases to be market acceptable.

Looks like a piss poor polish job. Shame, that was a 4 figure coin. Throw it on ebay and it’ll still bring several hundred dollars. But I would post it with all pics you posted here.
