I&#039;ve been fighting with PayPal for almost a month now, over a counterfeit, and I still don&#039;t have resolution and during the dispute the seller never claimed that the coin is/was authentic, but they also never said it was a counterfeit on the listing and with Ebay&#039;s policy, if you don&#039;t say it&#039;s a counterfeit up front or disclaim it&#039;s authenticity (aka: I don&#039;t know if it&#039;s real or not), the seller is claiming it to be authentic and with my dispute, it should have been resolved in my favor within 72 hours but several weeks later, it&#039;s still unresolved. So just because you had one good outcome over a counterfeit, don&#039;t expect it to be the norm, it isn&#039;t! I had the same attitude you had in your first post, if it&#039;s a counterfeit, I&#039;ll just return it and get my money back . . . whoa . . .
