I never really am good at grading coins. The only flaws are the hair around the ear is SLIGHTLY worn, as well as the chest of the eagle. The eagles chest is still visible in real life if looked at very closely. This coin doesn&#039;t appear to be cleaned, and it still has a nice tone in person (the camera doesn&#039;t show it. If it was cleaned, it was done very softly I suppose). I heard 1892 is a low mintage year for Philly, and I assume the value is in the grade.</p><p><br /></p><p>So help me out here, can I get an estimate on its worth? Is it not high enough grade to be worth more than the (high) silver melt value? I have it in a protective case now just to be safe.
