First, you need to adjust the white balance if you can.

The reverse is very clean. Unfortunately, the obverse does it in. MS63 at best.

It looks cleaned. If I were to grade it I'd say it's AU details.

 

Perhaps it is just your photos - or my old eyes - here, but I am not seeing an unc coin. To my eyes it has an "AUish" appearance with questionable looking surface conditions, at least based on what we've to work with.

 

Nice coin and pictures second time around. Reverse looks great except I see what appears to be some wearness on the reeding. I say 62

 

As long as it's MS I'm happy. I paid spot =0

 

I should add that I have a way to take great pictures of my coins (witch I've posted on here) using my Android phone, if you want to know how I do it, PM me, happy to help if I can!

I was so hung up on the white balance that I didn't even consider the lack of luster. I'll revise my estimate to "MS Details - Improperly Cleaned".
