Of the thirty IHC's that I catagorized for my friend Mel, this one causes me the most difficulty in grading. I would appreciate opinions on this cent. I would love for this coin to be AU but the highest I can give it EF45. Am I close? Dollar value would also be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

    I'd call it an AU55.

    Much better than EF45

Agreeed, the diamonds look fully intact, and the other details warrant an AU imho. I also like the color. As far as a value, I would say between $25-$40.

Way better than a 45... With only slight high point wear and nearly full luster i would call it au58 all day long. I would not be surprised to see this coin in a 63 holder.

I agree - I would call that an AU58 coin. Very nice indeed/

AU55-58 here also. Nice coin with great luster and strong details.

Agree with AU58 details, but the black spot in front of liberty's nose will make it hard to get AU58 money, probably AU55 money.

AU/Cleaned? Looks to have some rubbing on the fields.
