1890 -CC Morgan Tail Bar

    Thinking of buying this coin.......any help in grading and value appreciated.
    Can't tell from photo what is on obverse in front of forehead to nose. My guess on grade is VF-25.

    Looks close for wear but has been bathed at one time,unless it's close to melt I'd pass and look for a better one.
