    Nope. Light wear, not strike. 1889 Philadelphia is a good strike date, in my experience.

    @Morgandude11 You could be correct about slight rub at the points mentioned; with his photos, the toning, and lack of really sharp focus it is sometimes difficult to make the call unless the coin is in hand. As far a strike, every coin series with multiple millions of coins struck will have some runs that because of a worn die, poor die positioning/adjustment, incorrect Press setup, or operator error will have some coins with weaker than nominal strikes on usually one, but sometimes both, sides.
