1889-CCMorgan Dollar damaged

    A coin(s) is worth only what someone is willing to pay for it.

    A damaged CC to the extent this coin is, bent as listed on the label, is worth no more than melt to me.

    I also do not buy damaged coins.

    That is fine if it's only worth melt to you...but the OP asked for advice about this coin and telling him it is only worth melt is a flat out lie. This is a key date is will always be worth more than melt as long as it is recognizable...maybe not to you, but certainly to many collectors. I also don't buy problem coins, but many people do.

    Bend the slab. That way you won't notice the bend in the coin so much.

    CamaroDMD is correct in the fact that being a key date it will be worth more.
