i think this coin will make it as a nice birthday present for my brother... who's a non-collector thanks for opinions
The coin has been cleaned. Look at the date Horvath. See the remaining black inside of the 8's. Also note around the stars on the Obv. you can see shades of black. Another key is the shadows around everything that is picked up in the pics. Hope this explains a few of the minor things that I watch for. As with the others in here. the value in this coin is the silver. Its worth its weight in silver so to speak.
i think that to a non-collector who has never seen a coin from before 1950s this coin will make a nice birthday present. It doesn't look bad and its relatively old to a non-collector so i think he will be happy thanks for help
