I was wondering if anyone could tell what this would grade if sent to pcgs/ngc. It's in an airtite style holder. It is vey lustrous and proof like (I did the test to see how far up you could read words from, it was 5-6 inces) and is almost blast white.

With almost 20 million of these produced, the optimal collecting grade is MS65. I think this would be closer to MS63 with maybe a shot at MS64, but in either case, it would not be worth the expense of grading.

It's hard to tell if it is PL from the photos, but if there are any breaks in the reflectivity on either side, you can rule out a PL designation.

I don't know what you mean by breaks in the mirror, please clarify

A break in the reflectivity would be a condition similar to placing a piece of tape on a mirror. As you pass through the reflective field, you come to a spot where the reflection is diminished.

Nope, none of that, seems to be a strong PL
