1885H Guernsey 4 Doubles

I recently obtained one and see they're listed as proof only strikes. I've also read that there were circulation issues minted as well.

1) is this true?
2) if so, how many circulation pieces

Struck in Proof only, no mintage figures.

There were circulation strikes made as that is the one I sent in. Further research shows 70,000 minted.

 

I got my information from Krause, I should have looked in my Spinks and Coin Year book
£35 in Unc ($59) no mintage figures printed. (Coin Year Book UK)

 

What is the suggested price for VF and XF?

Krause omitted circulation strikes for whatever reason as did NGC.
